Strategy for Crowded Buses and Swimming Pools

By God’s grace, wisdom and good ideas, I’ve developed two strategies for dealing with crowded swimming pools, buses and such:

1) Consider it an exercise in forgiveness.

2)  Look for people who need help, e.g. the elderly; moms carrying babies; and give them a seat, or otherwise help.

These strategies put me into a proactive mode instead of a reactive mode, and make the whole experience more pleasant.

Another way to help is to watch the people trying to get off the bus; if the driver closes the door too soon, help them yell, “还有人要下!开门!”
